Mansell McTaggart is a collection of 17 different estate agent businesses, servicing Sussex and Surrey, operating under a common system and linked by the latest technology. The Horsham branch of Mansell McTaggart is one of the largest estate agents in Horsham, and is continually the best performing, with a huge choice of properties in the local area. Lamcat was initially approached to provide business support services to the Horsham office, which has since expanded to include print design and social media management for the whole company.
Our first success was the optimisation of the page load speed of the Horsham branch page of the Mansell McTaggart site. Through image optimisation, we managed to reduce the load time for mobile devices by over 10 seconds and reduced the overall weight of the page by over 15MB. Other areas of the page have been improved to increase accessibility.
As part of a wider group, Mansell McTaggart Horsham wanted to increase the brand awareness of their branch. By regular posting of property listings and open house events, we have steadily started to increase the reach of their Facebook profile.
Through competitor research, we have improved the design of their flyers advertising recently sold properties in the surrounding areas and continue to work on the presentation of the window displays for their branch office in the Carfax, Horsham, as well as the property brochures provided to prospective buyers.
At a wider company level, we have rewritten the area guides for all 17 branches. This includes guides to local attractions, clubs and schools.
