Ami Coaches is a small family-run coach hire business established in 2002, based in Ilford, Essex. They have built a reputation for offering a reliable, personal service to their customers, providing coaches and mini-coaches for day trips and holidays with a professional, friendly and relaxed approach.
Lamcat developed a bespoke online booking and enquiry system enabling customers to book coaches via the website as well as apply for places on their school services. The website was designed to provide a fast, responsive experience that is easy to navigate on devices of all sizes. The logo was already well known and in use across their coach fleet and had to be preserved. A colour palette was created using blues and blue-greys to reflect Ami Coaches' core values of responsibility and reliability, as well as complement the orange in the existing company logo.
We have implemented a gallery to display photos of groups and locations to complement their advertising. Populated from the company’s Facebook page, it allows easy management of the images as well as increasing the company's visibility on Facebook. Since the redevelopment, Ami Coaches have seen an increase in trade and have been able to invest in new vehicles, further expanding their capacity.
